Cruz started the cynical jabs with his 'name on airplane' attack on Trump - Class envy stuff. Trump never followed up with his answer to the reporter about Cruz's citizenship until Cruz started to speak out. Check the timeline. Cruz figured he could take his jabs without getting hit back.

Trump is also hitting Cruz with his attachments to the donor class and with Cruz's sudden 'build the wall' campaign rhetoric.

Trump is the only candidate that is not controlled by the donor class. For all the religious reasons you may like Cruz - and rightfully so - this election needs to be about what Trump is about. And yes, it means taking a chance.
