I don't know if I can bring myself to listen to him tonight as he showcases wonderful Muslim imports, toots his horn about his accomplishments, and promises us that he won't go away after his term is over, but will "keep working for America."

The residents of GITMO should be designated “enemy combatants”. Then give them summary courts martial. Let the chips fall where they may. Obama could clear GITMO if he wanted to. He really doesn’t.

Congress has no say in this? Huh? You do know there is a special envoy appointed whose mission is to identify, and transfer all detainees that can be transferred, right? All with congressional approval. Congressmen are in and out of GTMO during the whole process.
Did you think the U.S. was going to keep people indefinitely without trial?
