I'm afraid that you've fallen prey to just another piece of not-very-accurate Internet junk info.

Google the name of the act, and check the Snopes and Wikipedia links. If you don't believe those, check some of the others.

Unfortunately, while not an outright hoax (i.e. the Dick Act was a real piece of legislation), it's not what it's cracked up to be these days.

Do your own research. Snopes is not a true of false site, but merely a Democrat narrative site. Snopes is not to be trusted and should not be used as a source. This Dick Act may be inaccurate, but the lib/commie couple at Snopes would say it is inaccurate even if it is true.
