John Dickerson Skeptical of Hillary's Email Classification Instruction Spin
NewsBusters ^ | January 11, 2016 | P.J. Gladnick

Hmmm... I need some classified documents right away but the secure fax isn't working just now. Hey! No problem. Just strip off the data security headings and send me the info via non-secure means.  ...If I had been a normal government employee, I would probably be in a heap of legal trouble by now. However, if you are former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the security rules don't apply to you...or so she apparently thinks.

Cliinton delivered her spin yesterday to John Dickerson on Face The Nation about why she told an aide to strip a security heading off a document so it could be sent to her without having to wait for the glitches on a secure fax machine to get worked out but the host didn't seem to be buying her excuses as we shall see. First let us look at the email exchanges between Hillary and her aide in which she demanded that the data be stripped of its classification marking:

When I first read the email I KNEW she would spin it like this. The only way to prove she had him do this in a way that was against policy is if he actually sent the information with classified in it. And if she didn’t report it as a violation of classified information handling.

We know she wouldn’t have reported it, so the only question is does the FBI have the actual file that was transmitted?

It is intuitively obvious to the casual observer that Hilliary violated the law.

FBI - What are you going to do about it?

“Hillary is a life long pathocalogical liar.”

Most people on the left know that and do not have a problem with it. “Progressivism” is based on the ablility to lie and convince the majority to do what the elite know is good for them.

Remember how the media gushed over Bill Clinton as “An exceptionally good liar”. To the left, this is an enhancement.

It's no good! I tried to watch Hillarys excuses to John Dickerson on Face the Nation about if she broke the law when she told subordinates to doctor up the classified e-mails and send them to her on an insecure account. I can't stand to look and/or listen to her any more than I can the current occupant in our White House.

So if it is inconvenient to follow the law, its okay to break it?

Of course — she is setting up Jake Sullivan to blame, given all his meticulous expertise she relied upon. He should have imagined that H meant only the unclassified part, not matter what she wrote.

If H wanted only the unclassified data, why would she have Jake Sullivan strip off the headings (she sure did come up with that idea fast, huh). Wouldn’t it be much easier, and raise no (at least fewer) legal issues, for Sullivan to just type an email with the unclassified content? What she wanted wasn’t some giant document.

Next — The State Dept has said they can’t find any evidence of the email being sent, therefore of Sullivan’s email itself. That raises new red flags. Was Sullivan using a private email account too? Hillary supposedly turned over all her work-related emails — why wasn’t this included? This implies it was deleted either by Hillary, or her crack team on her responsibility. We all know those 30,000 deleted messages were things she wanted to hide.

“So, it’s another effort by people looking for something to throw against the wall to see what sticks but there’s no ‘there’, there.” ~ Hillary Clinton, 2016

“It depends upon what the meaning of the word ‘is’, is” ~ Bill Clinton, 1998

Deja vu all over again from the greasy, double-speaking snakes that are the Clintons.

It was a fax, not an email.

In DOD they have to include the header even if it’s unclass. I suspect the state is the same way.
