I just tasted the chili that’s been at low heat for about 12 hours now. Added some cabernet to it. 3 kinds of meat, lots of curry. Might just do the sloppy Joes thing. Been buying potato bread small buns at the local Piggly Wiggly as it’s naturally gluten free, I’m not intolerant, but it just sits better with you. I know technically you’re not supposed to add fillers, but I threw in a can of sweet corn and one of black beans. And, will probably practice my guitar. Did you take the quiz?

I always prepare a mix of slightly carmalized mix of onions and garlic cloves & serrano chili peppers to much everything I cook up. Although Sriracha sauce always good when lack of cooking time.
