I think it’s remarkable that Kim (whatever his name is) can keep the lid on his populace and dissenters like he does.
His top political and military leaders seem to be outsmarted by him.

This is getting too commonplace with Trump. He says things like this and his supporters try to tell you what he “really meant to say.”
