What we call this my friends is a “red flag.” They are growing in number.

They have balls. We don’t.

They play to win.

We play to lose.

They expand and conquer. We apologize and whimper.

Trump is the anti-Obama and exactly the guy we need in the White House.

He will undo the damage Obama has done.

Will bring the jobs back home. Rebuild the military. Gut the government. Get us on track as a nation again.

What’s wrong with that?

Everything he said was true but not necessarily a compliment. Yes, Putin is a strong leader, no doubt about that even if we disagree about his policies. And Lil Kim is a madman, he is also ruthless, that is not a compliment but it is true.

It's the rage these days,
so lets all play Conservative Review Checkers,
the Cruz vs Trump classic.

He’s just being honest. He isn’t happy about these guys at least not North Korea but who should you be more wary about a guy that respects the enemy as the tough SOBS they are and knows they are out to screw us or the unswift bunch in Congress including the Republican enablers who helped craft the conditions to push through a sucker ‘deal’ with Iran? Don’t confuse Trump’s respect for his opponents for desire to submit or lose to them. His compliments are often followed closely by the edge of a sword.

“Conservative Review,” a wing of the Ted Cruz campaign, doesn’t even pretend now to be objective.

Once a country has obtained nuclear weapons, and then thermonuclear weapons, what are you going to do?

If you want to deal with your enemies, you have to be able to honestly assess the strengths and weaknesses. Anyone without an agenda to push could see that that’s what Trump was engaging in, especially with regards to he remarks about Kim Jong Un. He hasn’t minced words that he’s a dangerous nut job.

With Putin, same thing, except in his case, Trump has tried to make the case that it might be wrong to assume that Russia is our enemy, at least in every situation, and that it might be worth pursuing some common ground.

Reasonable statements to any reasonable person, but scandalous if you’re someone desperately trying to score some cheap political points.

Trump is praising the russian and the nork for their leadership abilities, not for their idealogies.

Never misunderestimate your Enemies.

I think that is a Bush 43 era made up verb, but it works.

Just a note to all of you Cruz supporters who have been here on FR for a long time: Back when Obozo was initially running for office, we ALL screamed about how as a first term Senator (who had not even finished his first term) he lacked the executive experience for the job.

But now it’s ok, because it’s Ted, not Obozo.

That goes for you too, libbylu.

Our communist/socialist enemies on the left always say that communism failed because “they” weren’t running it here. They also allow no dissention from their “pure” candidates.

Sound familiar???

I still don’t see what the problem with Putin is. Other than his own backyard and Syria (his ally), Putin pretty much minds his own business...and he’s doing a GREAT JOB there of keeping his kids safe from gay recruitment.

He’s buttering them up so he can work with them. Wake up! Art of the pre-deal. Flattery like this is very different from bowing. This is good old fashioned manipulation of sociopaths, ego strokes.

Some folks would rather that, instead of recognizing the potency of some other leaders, we do "The Biden" and laugh them off with derision and totally ignore their abilities to wreak havoc if they so decide...

Funny how squeaky clean Trump must be if folks have to use some of his many strengths and try to present them as weaknesses...

Now for a short public service announcement to all on FR:
We need to ensure we don't get another Obama-like America Hater as the next President.
The best way to ensure that is to actively support a candidate as the next President.
I donate to the candidate I support and you should too, else, your "support" really doesn't have any meaning.

It's even worse if you use FR and don't donate. If you are one of those who feel it's OK to use FR daily w/o helping pay to keep the lights on, then please don't complain about the welfare leeches because, functionally, you are no different than any other who enjoys the fruits of others' work for your own benefit. Also, don't be surprised if others decide that your opinions are as worthless as your non-donations - hypocrites aren't worth listening to.

PS - If you are one of those who cannot afford even a small donation to FR or a candidate, God Bless and happy FReeping!.....

Donate to FR
