If I thought I could get away with no one ever finding out that I had changed my name ..which I think in this day and age is impossible...I would change my name to collect, change my appearance..and troll the heck out of everyone involved...and wear a disguise if they would let me.
My lottery organization allows you to wear a disguise when receiving that big cheque, but they insist on confirming your identity first.
