President Obama's "anger translator" says he may hightail it out of the country if Donald Trump becomes president.
Keegan-Michael Key, who performed alongside the commander in chief as Obama's "anger translator" at last April's White House Correspondents' Association dinner, says he's "not a fan" of Trump.
Comedy Central's "Key & Peele" star told TMZ.com he would reject any amount of money to write a few jokes for the GOP presidential front-runner.
"Absolutely not," Key responded when asked if he would help write some comedy bits for Trump "if the price is right."
"It would be on my conscious, no matter how much money it was. No, no, no -- not with him," Key added.
Asked if he thought immigrants might leave the United States if Trump wins the White House, Key replied with a slight chuckle, "Geez, I might leave."
Key, 44, explained he'd head to Canada because, "It's easy. It's like 10 minutes from Detroit and that's where I'm from."

I don’t know, been considering setting up a GoFundMe to pay for their moving expenses, with a proviso if the beneficiary ‘star’ doesn’t sign a binding contract that they actually will move, any funds raised will go directly to the Trump campaign.

Ignorant in more ways than one. And he's not choosing Canada for the reason he stated. He's choosing Canada because much of Mexico is a dump...the kind of dump Trump wants to prevent us becoming. But this Keegan guy ain't going to Canada OR Mexico. Just like all the rest, he'll stay right here in the USA. More's the pity.

Either Ms. Kurtz’s journalism degree didn’t include explaining the difference between “conscious” and “conscience”, or Mr. Key plans to get drunk and cut a deal for jokes just before he passes out...
He threatens to move to Canada as if they don’t have facebook and Twitter in Canada.
Not so fast Keegan. Canada may not even want you. What economic advantage are you prepared to bring to that great north continent? They already have comedians, most of whom stay in the states like Jim Carrey. Canada already has plenty of performers too, from old school of Neil Young and Joni Mitchell to Justin Bieber.
Can you portray certain Prime Ministers in whiteface? Justin Trudeau comes from a very entertaining family, one quite at ease with controversy, just ask his mother, the infamous Margaret Trudeau. Think it over and make some videos.
Might I suggest that he go to Sweden or better still Syria or Libya nations that Obama has built.
