I say it regularly about the GOP but it applies to all govt. You’d have to replace literally everyone in DC to the man, including janitors to have a hope at getting a fix for what ails it. The handful of uncorrupted people (unicorns most likely) taking it in the shorts would be regrettable but I’d trust no one.
