For the first time in 68 years, the Republican Party will need more than one ballot to pick its nominee this summer in Cleveland, Karl Rove predicted in his annual list of prognostications.
"Delegates will be fractured-with many legally bound, for at least one ballot, to support the winner of their state or district-and at least two ballots will be required," he wrote in The Wall Street Journal.

Should Donald Trump, the current leader in most statewide and national polling, become the party's pick, Rove predicted that the Democrats would maintain control of the White House for another four years and would also retake control of the Senate. The GOP's overall share of seats in the House would also take a tumble, he added.

I can guarantee that Trump has already mapped out a strategy to beat the GOPe at their little game. They are messing with a guy who cares not a whit about their unspoken GOPe “rules of decorum.” The will try to screw Trump at their own peril.
And I’m not even a Trump supporter...just a lukewarm observer.

I just read Rove’s predictions in this morning’s WSJ, he truly full of crap and still believes that it will be a Establishment GOPe that will get the nomination.
Rove leaks fact that GOPe has planned a multi-ballot convention.
