Most have an exception clause for damage incurred while “committing a crime” or similar verbiage. Doesn’t mean, though, there is no valid civil suit. In order to minimize fuss, mama will probably end up consenting in court to reimburse for it in exchange for everyone’s hands getting slapped and nobody going to jail.

Loss?

I am not sure I have ever seen a policy that would cover this.

The insurance company isn’t paying a dime, and Valentino junior will find that trying to take the insurance company to court will run more in competing lawyer fees than the damages he already cost himself.

The insurance company won’t do a damned thing unless Hormone ranger can win a legal action against them.
