BOTH of them are wrong. COMPLETELY WRONG. They can make an argument. They can opine as to what they think..but NO ONE can know how those Justices would rule when they have already shown they may not agree on the requirement should it ever be brought before them.
Back when people could read plain English, no one ever figured the Court would have to tell us what to think, about the issue. That aside the argument is silly because someone other than us will decide or imply or declare what position we will have.
Me personally I think NBC requires Two Citizen parents and born on US Soil, but my opinion does not matter and neither does any other freepers opinion. You will ultimately accept whatever you are told by your betters, what NBC really means.
