And if the Cato Institute ignores Scalia, how can they be assured other Justices don’t think the same way Scalia MAY think as indicated by Nguyen?
So far, what I’ve heard from Justice Scalia doesn’t convince me. I like Cato’s argument better.
Again, the original meaning didn’t clearly exclude children of U.S. diplomats on foreign soil.
