Part of that legacy will include his successor rescinding each and every one of his executive orders/memos on Day One of their administration.

That's because they actually understood the role of the Presidency, and weren't some unqualified ignorant Token who got elected just because he was a color.
The people who voted for this ignorant nobody voted for him only because he was black. He had no good qualifications for office. "Community Organizing" is just rabble rousing for the purpose of sucking harder on the Government teat. Before that, he worked at Baskin Robbins, selling ice cream; A Job more suited to his abilities and skill set.
Obama was a nothing. He was a nobody, and if he were white, he would have actually remained a nobody.
He is the most unqualified President in History. Even Hillary has better qualifications for the Presidency than he had, and she's horrible.
Yeah, there's a reason why he is the first President to do this. He's the first President who was so ignorant that he didn't know any better.

One thing about this class of government workers that cracks me up—like university employees they seem to think that they are worth a lot more than they are paid, and talk about it incessantly, threatening constantly to “leave for the public sector” ... but at the end of every year you couldn’t blast them from their sinecures.

Let us not be fooled about so-called executive overreach.
More specifically, as mentioned in related threads, Congress has always had the constitutional authority to impeach and remove lawless Obama from office. But corrupt Congress has evidently working in cahoots with Obama by letting last-term Obama get away with stealing legislative branch powers to make all kinds of unconstitutional, unpopular executive orders that voters would vote lawmakers out of office for passing as bills.
In fact, Congress has let Obama get away with breaching the Founding States division of federal and state government powers to steal and exercise 10th Amendment-protected legislative powers which Congress does not have.
And corrupt federal lawmakers are likely letting Obama illegally exercise state and federal legislative powers in order to keep their voting records clean to fool low-information voters into reelecting them.
Remember in November !
When patriots elect Trump, or whatever conservative they elect as president, they also need to do this. They need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support the new president, while prohibiting the corrupt executive and judicial branches, along with Constitution-ignoring federal bureaucrats, from stealing legislative branch powers.
Also consider that such a Congress would probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
Obummer’s legacy is epic fail.
