Could it be that he thinks he is talking to people with IQs of 70?
Other Candidates are supposed to do the homework needed to talk about the issues...why can’t Trump spend the time to get up to speed?

I believe IQs of 70 is generous. You’re talking about voters who elected Zero TWICE and have been utterly butt hurt by a so-called ‘conservative’ Republican Congress many of whom have been re-elected several times..
