I avoid malls like they plague, this being one of the reasons. And if I absolutely had to go to one, I’d do it at 10 a.m. when the thug class is still in bed.

Also happened in Mobile, AL. (Four shot.) And at a mall in Florida, can’t remember of it was Orlando or Jacksonville?

Arm yourself. Stay alert. Stay safe. But if it comes down to brass tacks, shoot to kill.

Jacksonville, usual event.
Crowd control IMO would employ a few m-60s and a few bulldozers.

It's funny...how much that pic looks like the cover to Spyro Gyra's
Morning Dance album.

So what happens when certain segments of the population realize that if there are enough of them, nobody will do anything to them. Unless, of course, they do obvious criminal acts like arson or assault and/or murder? There were some rioters charged and sentenced for the recent Baltimore riots. But very few of them.
What is being encouraged is a complete breakdown of laws and civilization. Unless it is stopped now, we will see many more of these things. This is what happens when liberals are in control.

If I owned a business there, I’d move it as soon as I could. Once something like that happens—especially with no arrests—there’s no recovery.

“cant remember if it was Orlando or Jacksonville”
The Orange Park Mall in Orange Park, FL. (Just south if Jacksonville.)

That seems to be the fate of most malls; they replaced the urban shopping districts, now the internet is replacing them. The last few times I was in a mall (not very often at all), I was surprised 1) at how many of the kiosks in the walkways were food-related, and 2) how many of the “shoppers” were foreigners with no visible purchases (as though they were tourists visiting a museum of capitalism).

There’s a Ronnie Van Zant memorial there.

I find myself wondering and worrying about the (mostly) young kids employed in the various small shops who had to close them up and get the heck out. It’s not a case of just closing and locking a door, they would have had to go out and pull the shutter/grates and lock them and then get to their car or call for a ride. My son worked at a mall shop in a “major metropolitan area” for a summer one time, and it was usually just him and one other “kid” of 18 or 19 at any time ... if he was working at that mall now, he’d be turning in his resignation ASAP.

I don't think this is spontaneous chain reaction. I think this is a flash mob, probably arranged in advance online. Turns into a smash-n-grab so the "poor and oppressed" can "get theirs."
What will eventually happen is that middle-upper class whites & Asians will learn to shop online for higher-end items while made in China junk is the only thing retailers dare offer down at Ground Zero.

Yep. His brother (I think he is) lives down the road from the OP Mall.
