Unless, of course, they do obvious criminal acts like arson or assault and/or murder? There were some rioters charged and sentenced for the recent Baltimore riots. But very few of them.
What is being encouraged is a complete breakdown of laws and civilization. Unless it is stopped now, we will see many more of these things. This is what happens when liberals are in control.
