I’m aware. I suspect that Reagan was asked to take Bush as his VP.
That being said. If Trump is going to put a fellow candidate in his cabinet it would likely be Cruz and maybe Carson. Outside of those two, I find it hard that Trump would employ anyone else.
Somehow he has to come up with his Cabinet. I can see Cruz as VP and Carson as Sec’y of State.
