Pate advises Trump to go back building buildings or whatever he does. Pate is a developer himself, so I suspect he knows what Donald Trump does.

Interestingly, Pate felt obliged to use the language Trump himself used. When I read that Trump was disgusting, I only thought of Hillary Clinton during the commercial break.
