I think this bill stands a pretty small chance of ever passing in the House. Might in the Senate, the House is typically closer to the people and currently running a bit more conservative.
Coarse, I was convinced Obozo would lose to Mitt Rino Romney. I'm not a political analyst, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. lol
