5 prayer breaks per work-day don’t fit into the traditional American culture. Very inconsiderate of the employer to think that this is a melting pot where recent arrivals try to fit in. They expect you to change to meet their expectations.
Somehow I doubt anyone’s preventing the Somalis from returning to Somalia to pursue their religious freedom and pray as often as they’d like.
I say good riddance to any immigrant that refuses to assimilate into American culture.
