New Year’s Surprise: Obama Regulation To Give Work-Permits To Foreign College-Graduates
Breitbart ^ | December 30th, 2015 | by Neil Munro

President Barack Obama’s Department of Homeland Security wants to give white-collar work-permits to a huge new group of foreign college-graduates, despite the large number of American graduates now stuck in lower-wage jobs, and struggling to pay off college debts.

The proposed new regulation, due to be published Dec. 31, will dramatically up the annual inflow of foreign college-grads allowed to take jobs in the United States — and will also make each foreign graduate much more valuable to U.S. employers than many U.S.-born college grads.

“Obama has gone the Full Monty to bust the immigration system,” says immigration lawyer John Miano. “What is going on is he is effectively giving Green Cards to people on H-1B visas who are unable to get Green Cards due to the [annual] quotas… it could be over 100,000.”

The new rules to aid foreign college-graduates are an extension of his earlier efforts to bypass popular laws against illegal immigration, said Miano, the co-author of a new book about the painful impact of the white-collar guest-worker programs, titled “Sold Out.”

"Ted Cruz completes supports this action and believes it is a wholesome way to improve our economy."

I(t's true this will remind folks of Cruz' previous, and since repudiated position.

And, folks will remember it for about a day, unfortunately.

Have a friend who has a recent college graduate working under the OPT program. The worker is paid very well and does an outstanding job. He says they have had noting but stellar performance with the foreign workers, but missed success with native-born workers (things like poor work habits, work quality, etc.)

Then train or motivate the US hire.

I’m not going to pervert employment in the US because of an anecdotal bit from your friend.

I don’t think my friend expects you to do anything.

Workers need to put on their big boy pants and come ready for work and not slack off, or blow off work with no calling.

As my found explains it, the worker that does that gets paid very well. The worker that doesn’t - gets let go. If that means workers get let go because of poor worth ethic - that’s what will invariably happen - US worker or not I suppose.

Because I have it on good authority that the only way I’ll get hired is if I’m willing to relocate to the Middle East.

Cruz has not changed his mind, nor apologized. He has said he would have a 180-day moratorium once he’s in office for a review of the program. His proposal to “fix” H1-B abuse specifically allows Disney-style H1-B outsourcing, because Disney isn’t hiring the H1-Bs itself.

Employers who SH!T on American citizens by hiring foreigners can go F*** THEMSELVES. The American dream is alive and well FOR FOREIGNERS but DEAD for the American citizen. Where do YOU think this leads?

As mentioned in related threads, corrupt, RINO-controlled Congress is letting lifetime justices, non-elected federal bureaucrats, and a last-term president, steal legislative branch powers to do Congresss dirty legislative work for it. By allowing this to happen, corrupt lawmakers are keeping their voting records clean to fool low-information voters into reelecting them.

In fact, non-legislative branch people are exercising legislative powers that the states have never amended the Constitution to delegate to Congress.

Remember in November !

Patriots need to support Trump, or whatever conservative they elect, by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support the president.

An added bonus to such a Congress is that it can fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

English. I’m a Freshman though, so it’s early days. I was thinking of setting up a 3-D printer and tinkering on my own, since that’s a thing that is possible now :)
