OK. There are a bunch of states with State-controlled liquor stores:
GREEN - State Control of beer, wine, and spirits
BLUE - State Control of wine and spirits
Light BLUE - State Control of spirits
ORANGE - Other

MD = Rules on alcohol sales are determined at the county level. Each county is different.
