Men in the Swiss militia are require to keep military supplied weapons (but not military grade ammo) in their homes. They can have civilian ammo thou.

There is a longer version of the youtube video Amorphous posted that states Swiss males must keep their weapons in locked storage with bolt and ‘emergency’ canister of 50 rds in separate locked storage.
