I find it unlikely that this person will ever make a positive contribution to society. The rules don't apply to him. Consequences are for others. He's special.
I'd suggest putting him in a bad prison for 10 years. He will find out he's not anybody.

I find it unlikely that this person will ever make a positive contribution to society. Oh, it will most definitely happen, one day he will die, then he will become fertilizer and he will finally make a positive contribution to the Earth and by extension society. I hope he contributes soon.
