I guess many here who scream Trump Kelo Kelo Kelo! don’t understand that it is constitutional. I believe I read that it was James Madison who wrote the clause that made “Kelo” and the like possible.
So who decides what is “Conservatism” and what’s not? I see statements of bluster, but I don’t see much substance to back it up.
Madison who wrote the “Eminent Domain” clause is not conservatism according to a few here. And according to their thinking there is a divergence between the US Constitution and “conservatism”. So the phrase “Constitutional conservatism” here... not really.
