A New Jersey newspaper's extensive investigation into Muslim celebrations after the the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks turned up what one officer called a "disturbing" amount of evidence.
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump claimed in November to have seen "thousands of people" celebrating the destruction of the World Trade Center. Twenty-four witnesses who spoke to NJ.com for an investigative report published Monday disputed that number, but confirmed the attendance of dozens of people at two Jersey City, New Jersey, parties.
Retired police captain Peter Gallagher told the newspaper he was tasked with clearing a rooftop party of 20-30 people at 6 Tonnele Ave.
"Some men were dancing, some held kids on their shoulders," said Gallagher, then a sergeant. "The women were shouting in Arabic and keening in the high-pitched wail of Arabic fashion. They were told to go back to their apartments since a crowd of non-Muslims was gathering on the sidewalk below and we feared for their safety."
Retired officer Arthur Teeter, who worked in the radio room at police headquarters on Sept. 11, said he was troubled by the volume of calls related to 9/11 celebrations.

Interesting how no one would give credence to the argument that many who fly the Confederate flag were honoring their heritage, not slavery or Jim Crow. I would bet that the number of Confederate flag-flyers who favored such discrimination is lower than the number of Muslims who favored, say, the destruction of Israel or the imposition of Sharia law.

I suspect that Trump will take every report he can and dump it out there all at once.... after all, just about everyone in the MSM has jumped on his retelling of the celebrations as ‘lie of the year’ and if anything should be evident by now, DT doesn’t apologize and he doesn’t back down. I can’t imagine that this issue is going away soon and when the dust clears, it will be the version that the celebrations did in fact happen that prevails.

You are so correct. They “seem to” be Islamophillic.
In reality they are so truly Islamomophophic and fearful that they are compelled to defend Islam out of fear that they may become the next media victim.
I don’t believe they really even believe what they say. They are fearful of Islam and have become the vanguard of Dhimmis bowing to Islam out of fear for their pathetic lives.

The Constitution declares that “the freedom of the press” is inviolate. I understand that to mean that the right of the people to use their own money to buy paper and ink and printing presses stands above the right of the government. Not only so, but there is no case that the government has the right to regulate other technical means of opinion propagation invented subsequent to the Constitution under the aegis of the incentives instituted via the Constitutionally constituted patent office.But the people’s right to publish is regulated by the FCC and the FEC. It is also compromised by the AP and other wire services, which constitute a monopoly in the sense that they create a “establishment” of opinion/POV which the FCC backs up and which is, IMHO, in direct violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act when they decide what is - and what is not - news.
