A judge ruled Tuesday that several local Black Lives Matter organizers cannot demonstrate at the Mall of America on the busy shopping day before Christmas Eve, but she said she couldn't stop others from attending the protest.
Lawyers for the nation's largest mall had requested a temporary restraining order to prevent the Black Lives Matter protest planned for Wednesday, in hopes of avoiding a repeat of the massive demonstration that disrupted business and closed stores in the mall last December.
Hennepin County District Court Judge Karen Janisch barred three protest organizers named as defendants in the mall's lawsuit from attending the demonstration, but she limited her order to them. The mall had sought to block the entire Black Lives Matter group from protesting.

This will only serve to wind up the BLM crowd that aren't banned.
It's going to be ugly.
Apparently we have the right to protest on Private Property according to Judge dipshit, and the property owner can’t stop it.
I drive past the MOA twice a day, to and from work.
Fortunately, I go to work long before the Mall opens and don’t come back by it until long after the protest will be over.
Wonder how long before MOA becomes another dead mall?
citizens arrest.
They’re still adding on and expanding...
It’s going to be ugly.
It already is ugly.
Maybe its time these people found out that not everyone is down with their nonsense.
We’re so short staffed at work right now, otherwise, I was going to “attend”.
Black Crime must prevail so says the Black Klan matters movement.
Stomp & Drag Solution .......
Put a sign in front of the mall advertising free air jordans
HAH!
Does the “temporary restraining order” allow a “shoot in defense” authorization against violators?
Yah,and they’re *sure* to obey that order!
MOA is MUCH tougher on legal permit holders who carry than they are BLM types.
How many Americans actually go to the Mall of America, anyway?
Might be a good time for a couple hundred folks show up for an open-carry demonstration.
Bloomington PD would ignore the protester and perp walk anyone legally carrying.
I believe the SCOTUS ruled that malls are identical to city streets for purposes of peaceful protests.
This happened back in the '80s or early '90s.
The original case concerned a Planned Parenthood display and pamphlet operation in some big mall. The mall owners didn't want it and kicked PP out. PP went to court and argued that shopping malls were the functional equivalent of a town's main street, and that they were allowed therefore to peaceably assemble, petition for redress of grievances, etc.
They fought it all the way to the SCOTUS, and won.
This was before the "dead mall" phenomenon got started, and might actually have had something to do with it.
If you want to keep the BLM protestors away, put a sign in front of the Mall advertising free showers and baths.
No problem, Keemo Sabi.
