I've encountered people like him over the years.
The light-toned mixed affirmative action kids who had everything handed to them in life (often raised in upper middle class or affluent neighborhoods) even though many dark-skinned blacks from lower socio-economic groups didn't get the same goodies.
These mulattoes know they are a fraud. They know they've gamed a system that's supposed to give a leg up to others.
And they tend to be some of the angriest/defensive people you'll ever meet because they're just waiting for someone to point how that their whole lives have been one big con based on something they never earned -- skin pigmentation.
Our company no longer seems to hire white people (except millenial boys who become assistants). They hire minorities, women, and gays. I’m sure they were all qualified.....
In the “Roarin’ 20s” and into the 30s in the US, they was disdained and called, “High Yellah”.
Looks like they turned that one around!
