He’s not saying Hell no, I won’t support legalization. It’s lawyer weasel words like what is the definition of “is.”

What is the correct position? That he does not âintendâ to support legalization.That's just Cruz being colloquial. For instance, Joe Palooka might say: "I haven't spoiled my kids in the past and I don't intend to spoil them in the future".
