Please listen to Jeff Sessions defense of Ted Cruz on the Howie Carr Show today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8Nnt_obTRM&feature=youtu.be
PDS allover again. Same songs, different chorus.
The real questions are exactly what is a “real conservative” and why can’t a “real conservatives” win?
Why isn’t a “real conservative” dominating Trump in the polls??
If Trump wins the nomination will you vote for him?
Conservative vs Liberal, a history of terms and discussion.

I HAVE done an honest investigation. For you to imply that I have based my opinions on less then the facts IS condiscending and presumtuous.
Your posts positively exude a patronizing tone. Call a turd a rose if you want but it stills smells the same.
I support Trump and Cruz. Jeff Sessions is the last Patriot in America as someone on this site mentioned yesterday. I have watched Senator Sessions for years and he would make an excellent President or Supreme Court Justice. That will probably never happen because he’s White, a Patriot and a Southerner the only politically group which is fair game to smear as far as Democrats are concerned. If Jeff Sessions says Marco Rubio lied then I know it’s true.
No clue.
I suppose itâs because they hate Rubio more than fear Cruz.
Thanks for the lefthanded compliment.
It could simply be that Trump supporters don't engage in witch hunts.
The other day, one made the argument to defend Trump... that conservatism did not exist.
I’m serious. Not remotely kidding.
Math is why. When people lying about their conservatism vote for liberal Republicans, thats the result.
vote conservative instead and they win.
“And woe anyone who brings up the fact he was a democrat as late as 2009.”
Define democrat in the context of that comment.
“Or actively financially supported Hilary and the Clinton Foundation.”
Don’t you know what he says about Hillary in 2015?? Doesn’t that hold any weight on a thread like this??
Don’t people have a right to change their mind?
Tell it to all the people yesterday calling him out for spilling classified info and convicting him...
Except he didn’t. SOMEONE on the Trump camp side sure brought out the Witchhammer.
Are you saying that with a straight face?
Actually is wasn’t.
The first line was a statement of fact, the second an opinion as to the cause of that fact. Nothing more, nothing less.
Ask that of the Trump supporters ragging Cruz. Does he? Or is that some invented Trump Privilege they gave themselves without his approval?
SYBOS
Trump was a "Registered" Democrat 2001-2009. Is that good enough?
“Math is why. When people lying about their conservatism vote for liberal Republicans, thats the result.”
So math and Trump’s lies are why Trump is pulverizing everyone else in the national pools. Very coherent and objective reasoning.
If Trump loses the primary vote I will vote for Cruz.
If Trump wins the primary vote will you vote for him??
Home viewing bkmk.
"Real conservatives" can win if they had the support of those who consider themselves conservative.
Why isn't a "real conservative" dominating Trump in the polls??
"Real conservative" Ted Cruz is not leading in the polls because many, likely including you, have fallen for lifelong liberal Donald Trump's campaign rhetoric.
If Trump wins the nomination will you vote for him?
A will never vote for a liberal, even one named Trump. But I have that luxury. California will go to the democRAT candidate regardless who it is so my vote wouldn't matter.
Conservative vs Liberal, a history of terms and discussion.
Thanks, but I have been intimately involved with conservative politics since the 70s, I don't need your help in understanding what it is to be conservative.
Don't people have a right to change their mind?
Of course they do. Reagan was liberal on many issues DECADES before he ran for POTUS. Conversely, Trump still believes in many of his long-held liberal positions and says just what he has to say to fool the gullible. I haven't been fooled.
You do understand what campaign rhetoric is, don't you? Do you understand how and why we should always look at a candidate's record and not the promises he makes on the campaign trail, especially those promises that starkly contrast his long history?
