The rabble-rousing filmmaker stood in front of Trump Tower on Wednesday holding a sign that read, “We are all Muslim†until police removed him.
Moore then wrote a letter to Trump on Facebook, revealing their history while calling for others to hold up signs showing support for Muslims.
According to Moore, he and Trump were about to go on a talk show together in 1998 when a producer pulled Moore aside to relay Trump’s nervousness.
“She said you didn’t want to be ‘ripped apart’ and you wanted to be reassured I wouldn’t ‘go after you,'†Moore wrote.

I saw the word "boot" and (while still thinking literal "booted") ending up wondering if a boot could get stuck in a crease of roll if there was actual contact. Imagine the horror of it.

Let's see, it would have been around 3:30 or so.
I walk by the Trump Tower on a nearly daily basis now just to check out the action. More and more people are starting to congregate around and in the tower (where there is a public lobby). Mostly well-behaved tourists taking pictures.

And doesn’t he see that most Republicans want someone conservative or against DC like Trump (including the Cruz and Carson voters at this point - add up all those supporters, and throw in some Dems who hate Hillary)?

A pity. Maybe he will come back and give them a second opportunity to greet him more properly.
Invite him in, perhaps, offer him an opportunity to share his message with the people via a video camera(s) set up inside ... offer him a chance (on video) to discuss and debate with Donald himself, or perhaps he could have a chat with Ted Cruz.
Ask him questions like: “When did you first recite the shawhateva (confession of faith)?” How has it changed your life?
What is your vision for the muslim states of America?
How many times do you pray to mecca each day? Which direction do you face?
Do you support sharia law? How would you rewrite the Constitution to make it sharia compliant?
Do you have a 9 year old wife?
Was imam O present at your conversion?
Do you support FGM?
The list could go on and on.
Throwing him out only gives him the photo op that he wants and allows him to play his passive aggressive victim card.
Inviting him in and giving him the opportunity to articulate and defend his new found faith would be much more ... revealing.
I am still not sure about the scoring. When the Muslims toss gay people off of tall buildings is it splat radius or bounce height that they get points or virgins for?
Sure we are rummy. And how many muslims does he count for?
The repulsive Mr. Moore reminds me of Mr. Creosote.
