Point me in the direction of full-a vendors. :) Daddy want. :)
This begs the question of FFL's even being constitutional, of course.
But if we leave that aside: 50 guns a year? Yeah, you're a dealer.
This is why obama is visiting Cali. To make a terrorist attack an event for his unAmerican politics
I think you are making a legitimate argument, but I’m not saying I agree, I’m just not sure. But what about 15? 10? I was just using 50 as an example, I don’t know what exact number he will use. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are enthusiasts who buy every new model that comes out just to check out how it performs and see what it’s like. Perhaps write a review on their web site. Then they keep the few they really like and sell the rest.
Agreed, I don’t think its constitutional to license gun dealers but if I buy and sell 50 cars a year I’m a car salesmen.
Also this will bite Obama in his a** if tries to pass some executive order that would require local enforcement like buying and selling at gun shows.
Paul Ryan wouldn't have complained.
If a mass shooting happens in California in the next few days — any time before Christmas — it will become obvious to all of us that this is staged, planned, and is the direct action of the OTrauma government who are creating their Reichstag Fire.
Bloomberg money also going to academics.
>Hardly anybody pays attention to local politics...<
This can be a good thing. Since the local elections do not traditionally bring out huge crowds, it’s easier to fend off more liberal candidates who do not reflect local values. In addition, people who vote locally tend to know the individuals for whom they’re voting, especially in smaller localities.
Well, that’s a waste. Those guys are already in the tank for communism, totalitarianism, and fascism.
Except we failed to recall Chickenf#cker and worse yet, re-elected the scumbag piece of trash. THAT would have been a victory. Instead, we STILL have the un-Constitutional BS laws, that can't be enforced and that most folks are ignoring.
I am VERY surprised that OTrauma didn’t include sweeping gun bans in the budget, and then threaten to ‘shut the government down’ unless they were passed.
I know, it should be nearly impossible to include such legislation in a budget, but we are living in the Post-Legal Era of America.

Lots of money could persuade someone to do a “study” that “proves” guns kill people.
They’ve done those for free since the 1960’s/
Obozo will use the term “sell” in his public spewing, but the EO will read “transfer.” This is to entrap someone disposing of a departed relative’s collection by distributing the guns to family members. Could also be work on someone who buys a large collection, then sells some and gives others away.
Since many gun sellers in da hood can’t count to 50, they will be exempt.
Don’t worry. It’s probably in the Trade Agreement. (Along with everything else we don’t want.) Thank those who voted for Fast Track.
...and I would add, the NRA needs to draw a line in the sand on democrats who think being minimally pro-gun means they have free license to play fast and loose with what remains of the Constitution with their A rating endorsement of the NRA. I submit bipartisanship is dealing with the devil in today’s world.
Well — and I am a progunner
...as am I, but years ago when the move to limit FFL holders became law, it became not only more expensive to maintain one, but the paper work made it almost dangerous.
My point, government used to not be in the business of placing unconstitutional infringements on business or the public regarding guns. That might be somewhere south of 1934.
And those thousands of laws will be openly defied and roundly ignored. Starting here.
