I can’t say I disagree with you there, but that does make for an interesting thought.
If you are the only party that remains loyal to a contract when the others have thrown it in the trash, are you foolish to continue to bind yourself with it?
To the best of my knowledge at this time, students are correct about limits on free speech imo, not that they understand why they are correct.
More specifically, although United States v. Cruikshank addressed gun rights, the Court clarified in that case that the Constitution protects citizens by either limiting or prohibiting the actions of state and federal governments only; the Constitution does not prohibit the actions of private citizens / entities like Yale.
Insights welcome.
Patriots need to get themselves out of the Hollywood Constitution that they were indoctrinated with in post-FDR era public schools, and get themselves up to speed on the real Constitution and its history.

You know a liberal is lying when he/she pretends to be defending the Constitution. They detest the actual Constitution, but love its “spirit,” which somehow makes the actual text of the Constitution irrelevant and even wrong.
