Find a 45-year old white male with a Master's or PhD in EE who has been outsourced... Train him and withhold the cost of training from his pay. He'll be loyal to you for life.
Any EE of whatever age with a PhD who isn’t working:
A) Doesn’t want to work;
B) Doesn’t want to move to where the jobs are;
C) Expects to be paid $200,000/year;
D) Has some profound issues: personality, personal or whatever.
