Sharyl Attkisson, formerly an investigative reporter with CBS, recently launched Full Measure News. Those who have followed Attkisson on Twitter know that she has been relentless in her pursuit of stories that have been abandoned by the mainstream news, such as the Fast and Furious scandal and Benghazi.

Full Measure News was to be an independent outlet for investigative reporting, but tonight Attkisson is reporting that the entire Full Measure News account has been pulled by YouTube.

What's crazy is the altered images segment is about a small museum in the Bronx NY that chronicles altered images in photo journalism dating back 150 years.

It could have been shown on PBS.

The problem with Sheryl Attkisson is she thinks journalists are supposed to investigate and report on stuff. Just reprint those canned news pieces the government send you, Sheryl. *Sheeh*, how hard is that to remember!

“..just like Amazon pulled all Confederate flag merchandise,..”

Actually there is quite a bit of Confederate flag merch available on Amazon, including actual Confederate flags

I apologize. What I posted did not come out as I wanted. What I meant was it is ILLEGAL for the government to censor.

“Censorship by the government is unconstitutional.”

“My Millienal child, who relies on news feeds on her smart phone, knew absolutely NOTHING about the Planned Parenthood videos OR Hillary’s email problems until ol’ Dad, the AM talk radio throwback, TOLD her about them.”

Got one of those myself. An odd thing happened a few years ago when she was researching for a paper and found Free Republic. She still lurks when she wants to get the real story on an issue.

BAKE THE DAMN CAKE.

So much for the right of private business to decide who gets to post their stuff on YouTube.

Since You Tube is a private entity, they are free to do this, it's not censorship.

I dispute this assertion. Youtube has become a defacto medium in the manner of the RF Spectrum. It should be handled in the same manner, i.e. regulated and maintained open access to all users. It has achieved the status of a public resource, and it should be administered in the same manner as is normal for all other public resources.

Yes, it exists in a virtual world, but that does not begin to address the fact that it has become a universal means of communicating with other people.

Google was cooperating with the ChiCom Great Firewall long before they cooperated with the NSA.

No doubt and the Left Wing Media have abandoned any pretense of presenting facts or provide a balanced view. All why I haven’t watched network news for 15 years and don’t use Facebook or Twitter. I’ll add Google to the list.

Someone should be loading up Trump & Cruz with this information. I am sure they will get it to the public at some point. Wouldn't be suprized if Trump didn't bring on Atkinson as a consultant.

Best suggestion I've seen so far. Point out how Nazi like Google is on National Television.

It looks like her Twitter account is suspended too. What’s going on??

Since the feds have not been able to censor the Internet, looks like they have convinced their toadies at Google and Twitter to do the censoring for them.

It's censorship if the government forces it.

It's cute how you think that there is a difference between Google and this current corrupt government.

Not surprising at all. Google/Youtube is full lefty.

Seems to me that if one was interested in a Sharyl Attkisson story they’d go to her website. She can host her own videos. The only dif is Youtubes ad kickback.

And who would do this, the government? My statement is an assertion supported by law.

Should your suggestion be written into law, the effect will be the opposite of intended, the government would shut down anyone disagreeing with them.

And who would do this, the government?

At the very least. Equality of access needs to be enforced by law. The fact that Google owns the servers is irrelevant to the fact that this IS a communications medium, and as such, each citizens rights to use it should be protected.

My statement is an assertion supported by law.

So was slavery, but laws reflect the consent of the governed, and this effort at Censorship by Google is also subject to the will of the people.

Should your suggestion be written into law, the effect will be the opposite of intended, the government would shut down anyone disagreeing with them.

Unlike how it is now? Seriously?

No, there are no government regulations regarding content of speech. There can be no such regulations so long as the first amendment exists.

They cannot regulate speech in the newspapers or the airwaves, so they won't be able to regulate speech in this media either.

At this point, the Government is tasked with ensuring equal access to the means of communications, not subjective content policing.
