He did explain. I agree with you. And he talked of it being modular.
He thinks they can get it up in a fairly reasonable time.
He’s not talking about Cruz’s chain link fence either. He wants it 60 feet tall.
He thinks it will be called the Trump Wall, and he wants it to represent him well.
