my laptop sucks. by the time the thing loads, the adverts are shown and you finally get to the main course, you’re bored of watching already.
I bet there is no audio. It would be interesting to know if the “first shots” were off camera.
I think the CNN voice-over was a little hyped up in terms of what this looked like to me. Of all the players in the thing I could see, only one of the bikers I could see had a gun, and it was pointed at the ground most of the time.
My conclusion is there was a fight between two groups of bikers. That’s pretty much it.
I use Firefox with AdBlock extension. It has helped a lot with filtering ads.
If they were black, no way so many would have been held and charged.
It shows about 3 or 4 people getting involved with the fight, everyone else fleeing.
That is the common denominator in all the vids that I have seen.
I use Firefox. Have to get AdBlock extension. thanks.
I’m SO glad there’s a gag order in place to prevent the media from getting hold of prejudicial videos and tainting the jury pool.
The guy getting his head stomped died of two pistol round looked like Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, the peace loving, non-affiliated, bike enthusiast. The film shows him attacking a Cossack from behind and then losing that fight. You can see the skinny guy who shot in the patio video running away in this video.
a bunch of thugs got together for a rumble. Why is this story national news?
Yeah, it’s mainly people trying to get away after they realize what’s happening. There’s one guy with a gun but it’s pointed to the ground and he runs away, too. Since it’s only showing into the patio, we still don’t know what happened in the parking lot. Even the reporter says it started because someone “nearly” getting hit by a bike but that story has never been pinned down - someone ran over someone else’s foot, the second act of a restroom fight, argument over a parking space, etc.
I want CNN to air the video we saw of the cop planting evidence in the parking lot under a white vehicle.
Several reasons. Lots of discussion on this board. (keyword: waco).
If you are truly interested, you may find your answer there.
Between the AP report and this video; they bring up more questions than answers.
This drip drip drip of info is frustrating. Let’s just see it all fer cryin’ out loud.
You’re right...in fact this video clip seems to be taken from the reverse angle the original inside clip was taken from.
It also looks like Jesse Rodriguez initiated the assault that ended with his own life being taken...although that still looks like murder to me.
“...Police and prosecutors are silenced in the case by a court gag order, and a grand jury is weighing further charges....”

I suspect that this video is also part of the Waco “authorities” SELECTIVE leak of the MANY videos they have. And it’s been released to CNN ... which can be depended upon to push the local Waco prosecutor’s line.
Notice how CNN says “police and prosecutors are silenced in the case by a court gag order”. Really? And here I thought it was the PROSECUTORS WHO SOUGHT THAT GAG ORDER. Of course, the handful of folks who still watch CNN would never know that from CNN.
Please describe Jesse Rodriguez and where in this short clip of video he appears. Thanks.

Was that the video from the business across the street which showed an individual dropping as he fled the scene (apparently shot in the back as he ran)? That video showed a LEO come by later and drop something next to the individual’s body (a “throwdown”?)
There is a big step between tackling somebody and getting a bullet in the face. The second Cossack to engage with him when he and his intended victim were on the ground had a gun in his right hand. I don’t think the first Cossack even knew Rodriguez had been shot when he punched him the last couple times.
