Article says Cruz voted no. Some other GOPers must have joined in with the minority Dems to move this nonsense forward.
Hopefully there are 40 sane GOPers to kill this thing in the Senate. But these days, who knows? The GOPe might be so eager to rebuke Trump that they actually move this dangerous legislation forward.
