Because Trump WILL be able to get Congress to do his bidding and I have grave doubts that Cruz can.
Because whether you like it or not/will acknowledge it or not, at this time Trump is the better choice to be president.

I listened to the audio. Cruz said he wasn’t comfortable with Trump’s finger on the button. I’ve never heard him say this about Hillary or Obama.
He says he bear hugs Trump & Carson whenever he sees them. Cruz sounds two faced to me.
Obviously, you and I disagree. You think your candidate is the better choice to be president; I think mine is. That’s why we have primaries, to see who the voters of our party prefer to be the nominee. We’ll see how that goes.
