Weird - it says attack planned in 2012 but gov. officials are saying he was radicalized in late 2013. Which is it? And why would he supply guns if he was aware of planned earlier attack?

I read in other news articles that authorities found many photos on Farook's cell phone of a local high school. Even though he was a food inspector at eleven schools, why take numerous photos of one particular school, scoping out all areas of the school? Has nothing to do with inspecting food. Maybe the pipe bombs were intended for that high school.
