Jeb Bush condemns Trump's plan to ban all Muslims

At a campaign event in Manchester, New Hampshire, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush rejected Donald Trump's proposed ban on all Muslims entering the United States.

Bush, who was at a Chamber of Commerce event, called Trump's rhetoric bad for America and bad for the Republican party. He told attendees that Trump will not be the Republican nominee because America needs a president that will not divide the country.

"I don't think Donald Trump is serious and what he's saying isn't a serious plan and we're living in serious times, we need leadership," said Bush. He also said Trump's comments will not help Republicans and will just help Trump's "buddy," Hillary Clinton.

Dear Little Yebbie:

To quote another freeper - It's all about me and mine now.

That's how it's going to be from now on.

You can jam your imported jihadi killers sideways up your patootie.

And you'd better pray that we don't get the idea that the resident Muslims need to go...

The ONLY problem I have with Trump’s idea is that it doesn’t deal with the Muslims already here and the mosques that operate in this country. I look forward to hearing what he would do to counter those threats.

Jeb Bush, running for President of the United States so he can assist foreigners in supplanting the American people as an act of love.

“3% just not quite low enough for him apparently.”

Because JEB!!! is absolutely convinced for whatever reason that the nomination will be handed to him.

JEB!!! is getting even more bizzare. Look at the setting from which he is speaking at 1:07 in the video. I guess it hides the fact of an almost empty room. Everything JEB!!! is awkward, weird, and ineffective.

Bush and Trump. Sheesh. Two somewhat crappy choices. Glad there are others.

Hopefully you support Cruz....and maybe a bit of FR on the side.

Now for a short public service announcement to all on FR:
We need to ensure we don't get another Obama-like America Hater as the next President.
The best way to ensure that is to actively support a candidate as the next President.
I prefer Cruz and my money goes to his campaign, hence the Cruz link. If you like someone else, donate to him/her (find your own link to do it) and if you use FR and don't donate, then please don't complain about the welfare leeches or those who have Obama Phones because, functionally, you are no different than any other FReeloader

PS - If you are one of those who cannot afford even a small donation to FR or a candidate, God Bless and happy FReeping!.....

GO CRUZ!! Keep it up Trump!!

Donate to FR

Donate to Cruz

Donate to FR

“Considering that Trump is to the left of Bernie Sanders on most issues”

I haven’t spent much time on this site this morning, but that is about the third time I have read that today. Are you Cruz supporters armed with talking points today, or are you just that suggestible?

No, I came up with that all on my lonesome. If others are saying it then the old adage must be true: great minds think alike!

It doesn’t alter the original charge though.

Sanders is a communist. Are you actually trying to make all of us believe that Trump is a communist? The man is 69 years old; would he have not tipped his hand long before now?

It may have been a bit of hyperbole on my part. Trump is still very, very left wing on most issues. Very left wing.

When you exclude his tough talk on immigration, what are you left with? He wanted to nationalize healthcare. That is about as left as you can get. Bernie approves.

He wanted a confiscatory 14.5% tax on the net worth of the “rich.” Bernie approves.

He supported stimulus and son of stimulus. Bernie approves.

He supported abandoning the free market for every bailout that has come along. Bernie approves.

He supports Kelso, where the government can take private property from one to give to another — at the government’s whim. Bernie really approves.

The examples could continue. Trump is a lefty. Except on his recent stance on immigration. Which is recent. Very recent.

BTW, It’s Kelo, and eminent domain is in the constitution. If a citizen is compensated, it is not a taking.
