Look for the d-words: "dey," "dat," "dem." What are they doing in there? The words should actually be "they," "that," and "them" (though, admittedly, "Who They" doesn't quite have the same appeal).Hmmmmm.
I bet there is a Themocrat behind this somewhere.

Not in cursive... The wife is currently doing genealogical research, checking census records, etc.
Some of the documents are difficult to decipher, especially with abbreviations and superfluously frilly penmanship.

I remember when black families on relief were looked down upon by the poor black community, when having a child out of wedlock was, well, humiliating for the family, when black mothers recoiled in horror at the thought that their child might grow up to be a criminal.
That was a mere 50 years ago.
Sadly those who testified at the Trayvon trial were not generally cut from the same cloth, and the 'cursive' remark referred to one witness in particular.

I lived in the Queen City area for 15 years. I drank Hudy ($10.99 case longnecks), I ate goetta, Skyline, and Montgomery Inn. I loved it down there. The story I was told about “Who Dey?” was that it was from the Hudy ads. AND that is the only story I ever heard on the matter, never a mention of race.

Ironic that when they claim that speaking illegibly makes one racist because it exemplifies how a certain race can’t seem to grasp the art of speaking clearly...
