Islam is a political movement in the guise of "religion". They openly state their intention to subvert the laws of America to bend to their perverted views That is sedition. It is anathema. There is no "enumerated right" to overthrow America.
Alas I haven't yet sufficiently thought of what they are, which will make me a target on FR.

Cruz would much rather have 9 bil of his own, I am sure, and the personality, charisma and the record Trump has that allows him to campaign without spending a dime, just news flashes.

Obviously we can’t enforce inalienable rights for those outside our borders, but methinks those within our borders should enjoy those rights. How else can we respect “inalienable rights endowed by our Creator”?
WELL...A precedent has already been established which allowed the government to FORBID the 'free exercise' of a religion.
That precedent came about because certain religions had 'practices' that were against federal law.
DOES NO ONE REMEMBER THIS ?????
The original MORMONS were eventually FORBIDDEN to have polygamy.
Some continued to do so anyway, for decades.
A few years ago... The FLDS was RAIDED by government LEO.
Why can the government FORBID certain practices in a religion for MORMONS, and FLDS, but not for Muslims ???
Especially when the laws about murder are much clearer than the laws about polygamy.
The Almighty is specific enough in his commands, even to the early Israelites that you have no case, if that's your basis.
I do agree requirements for ruling a "so called religion" a cult, must be carefully determined - to assume it isn't possible, even in this day and time, is simply not so.
Anyone who has knowledge of Islam knows it can never coexist with our Constitution based on Judeo-Christian beliefs.
There is no real issue for establishing a barrier to Islam, or any other cult who's doctrine attacks our God given rights.
The Congress needs to find that Islam is not a religion within the meaning of the First Amendment, and remove the issue from the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. (Can Congress remove the issue from the jurisdiction of the entire federal judiciary? I think so.)

Didn’t realize that foreigners have a right to enter the country, or that there are limitations on who we can exclude.
I could CARE LESS what justification is used to deny people entry, they have NO RIGHT to come here, for any reason. It is TOTALLY up to the government as to who comes in, and unless you can show me how restricting immigration of Muslims (or Jews, or any other group) somehow violates freedom of religion in this country, I’ll support Trump.
Wouldn’t it be great if someone made a yuuuge banner out of that pic of Trump in the Oval Office? Take it to Trump rallies everywhere.

That may be a way around that issue.
How about prohibiting entry based on forbidden practices of a religion. Like suicide bombing and beheading and polygamy ? The government has interfered with other religions based on ILLEGAL practices.
FINALLY, Trump is jumping in... I’ve been wanting him to do this.. on several fronts. congress - Gop - won’t... so let’s get started, The Donald! get in there and erupt!!! Let them know you are not pussyfooting around... Stop the madness that is on a high pitch until next January..

Not that I think about it, we probably already have enough laws on the books to eliminate the practice of Islam for conspiracy to overthrow government, to commit murder, genocide, ...
