Obviously we can’t enforce inalienable rights for those outside our borders, but methinks those within our borders should enjoy those rights. How else can we respect “inalienable rights endowed by our Creator”?

I agree that the inalienable rights of all people, citizens or not, are protected by the Constitution while legally withing the jurisdiction of the U.S. But isn't this discussion about disallowing muslims from traveling to the U.S.?
