If they abandon all the other social program benefits it may well be that savings from eliminating the administrative overburden, including pensions, pays for new outlays.
If we did that here, with our far greater admin burden, there might be reason to rejoice.

It's coming from current programs. This is going to save tax payers a ton of money. I wish they would do this here. We spend a ton of money on various programs. Get rid of all of them and give every working person a thousand buck would be an unbelievable savings.
