His speech was a distraction. Rahm & Obama are setting up Chicago to be taken over by feds. Lynch already took first step with her ‘investigation’ of Chicago police force. They’ll put feds in, not report the bad, make it look like a huge success then move on Obama’s national police force.

Ralph Peters’ description may be apropos but the community-organizer-in-chief has organized quite a group in the white house and is half way through assembling the boots for his dream revolution.
