While the White House is trying to placate the American people like children over the government's direct role is causing the Syrian immigration wave with hashtag campaigns on Twitter like #RefugeesWelcome, four Congressional Representatives and Senators have released an open letter to the Obama Administration informing everyone that oh by the way his foreign national resettlement program is directly violating federal law.
U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, Senator Richard Shelby (R-AL), Congressmen Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and Lamar Smith (R-TX) released the following letter to the Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Burwell:
"Dear Secretary Burwell:
It has come to our attention that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has failed to submit an annual report to Congress regarding the activities of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), in violation of federal law. Section 413(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended, requires the Secretary of HHS to submit an annual report to Congress 'no later than the January 31 following the end of each fiscal year[.]'
The FY2014 report - which was due no later than January 31 of this year - is still outstanding, and must be produced immediately.
In its FY2016 'Justification of Estimates for Appropriations Committees,' HHS requested over $1.6 billion for ORR. This request illustrates the exponential growth in ORR's budget in recent years. Indeed, as recently as FY2012, ORR received $768,334,000 in funding - or less than half of what it currently seeks.
Our nation is presented with serious economic and security threats emanating from our refugee resettlement programs. Congress cannot, and must not, issue a blank check to ORR, especially at a time when the Administration is actively in defiance of federal law.
We look forward to the immediate submission of ORR's FY2014 Annual Report to Congress.
ORR is the office in charge of handing out welfare to refugees. ORR is currently attempting to double its budget in FY2016 without submitting legally required reports to Congress on what they've been up to over there.
The letter comes just a few weeks after Sen. Sessions released another statement warning that the president's "American SAFE Act" is a dangerous refugee plan and that the proposals being considered fail to protect the American people because the bottom line is "there is simply no way to vet Syrian refugees."
Why anyone would believe any different at this point is just silly. Look at how badly the government failed at "vetting" the so-called moderate Syrian rebels it spent hundreds of millions of dollars arming and training so they could go where? That's right, to join ISIS.
And the same thing could happen here according to Sessions:
Moreover, when the Administration was asked if Syrian refugees could end up coming to the United States and joining ISIS like Minnesota's Somali refugees, the answer was blunt: 'we can't predict the future.'
They know what's up.

Obama answers directly to the U.N. and did you notice that a lot of this crap started after the big U.N. meetings in late Oct.?
Right after those meetings, the president announced that we were taking in way more of the Syrian refugees. The agency mentioned in this article works with the U.N.'s refugee relocation office. We are global citizens now, and have no sovereignty or borders any longer.
The Iran deal was signed without Congress, and no one stood up to Obama.
The TPP was signed without Congress and ditto.
Obamacare was passed and now has ruined our once good healthcare system. No one in Congress can, or will, do anything.
We have troops in over 170 countries, and our best economic component is war and selling our armaments all over the world. Juxtapose that fact with Obama winning the Nobel Peace Prize when he was first elected.
Jade Helm 15 was carried out using U.S. military personnel on our country's soil. Jade Helm 16 is scheduled for next year. Both are violations of law. Yet no one in Congress says a word.
Obama, through the U.S. Justice and State Departments, brings in hundreds of thousands of central and south American refugees- many who are dangerous criminals- and Congress sits on its hands.
This country is finished, and that has been the game plan for 7 years. Our president and his inner circle are NOT incompetent, they are doing exactly as they wanted to. Congress does nothing. Our elections mean zip. The man said he would "fundamentally transform the country". He had to wait until his second term to carry out the last few tidbits- which will be the most drastic- and unless you've already prepped for the worst its too late my friends. God help us all.

What Congress MUST do is defund every contract HHS has with NGOs responsible for relocation and resettlement services. There are about half dozen NGOs (actually religious businesses) that are getting hundreds of millions of dollars to infest every locale in this country with terrorist plants.
Well maybe they can get Burrell out. Fire her azz and put her in jail. As everyone always says...nothing changes until there is prison time and lost pensions.

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Obama administration is having trouble detecting fraud in asylum requests from immigrants seeking to stay in the United States for their protection, according to a government study released Wednesday.
The Government Accountability Office looked at asylum requests from immigrants who have already made it to the United States and are asking to stay to escape persecution. The report doesn't address the refugee application process, which also is overseen by the Homeland Security Department but involves people not currently in the United States. The refugee process has become an issue in debate over Syrian refugees.
The 96-page report concluded that neither U.S. Immigration and Citizenship Services nor the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Justice Department agency that oversees immigration courts, conduct regular fraud risk assessments. The GAO recommended that both do so.
At USCIS, a paper filing system that doesn't capture key fraud-detection information electronically also is a problem, the study says.
The GAO review found that more than 4,500 people were awarded asylum in 2014 despite being associated with lawyers or document-preparers arrested that same year in an immigration fraud investigation in New York. (Excerpt) Read more at news.yahoo.com ...

If you think about it, THIS is why you don’t see a lot of these religious NGOs speaking out about the holocaust of Planned Parenthood and the precipice of danger we are with confronted with in welcoming completely unvetted alien refugees into our midst.

The rules set up for these faith based government grant writing organizations is all about the money. They are even required to not discuss their faith (which I consider denying) when performing a lot of these services.
They can justify whatever they do as long as they’re receiving the money.
