The Swedes if nothing else are politically correct. Political correctness is willful self delusion. They voluntarily allowed massive Muslim immigration into their post Christian, neo pagan hedonistic country. It will only get worse. They have ingested the potion of cultural suicide. Very sad. I was in Gothenburg on business in 1977. I had a wonderful tour of the town, the park, the puppet shows, the music, and a couple of the restaurants there before departing for the Netherlands.
It was a lovely place, and I could tell that my host, a sea Captain for one of the major Swedish Container shipping lines was quite proud of his home. He bitched like ‘H’ about the taxes, and some of the other Socialist aspects of life in Sweden, but overall he was quite proud of his country.
I’m certain he’s dead, and gone long ago as he was the age I am now at the time. I hope the Swedish people come out of their cocoon with the Viking spirit soon.
